Q.   Who can get a HAC account?
A.  HAC accounts are only available to people who are listed as guardians with the school and have a valid email account on file with the school.
Q.   Will I be able to see all of my children under one account?
A.  You should be able to see all of your children with one account.  If you cannot see one of your children, please contact the registrar at the child's campus and they should be able to link you to your other child.  We are transitioning to a new student data system this year and we know there will be a few glitches so please be patient with us as we work to correct those errors.
Q.   What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
A.  On the main login screen for HAC click on the “Forgot My Username or Password” link. You will be asked to provide your username or email address.  Provided you have an email address on file with the school and it matches the one you provided, you will be sent your login information.  If this process does not work, please contact your child’s campus.
Q. I am entering the correct username and password so why can't I log in?
A.  Make sure your caps lock or number lock are set correctly.  Both the usernames and passwords are case sensitive.  If you still are unable to log in, contact your campus registrar for more assistance.
Q.  My account got locked out what do I do to get it unlocked?
A.  If you incorrectly enter your username or password 3 times, your account will lock.  It will unlock automatically after 5 minutes.
