Volunteering in Magnolia ISD

Magnolia ISD is a community of learners that is only successful because of the selfless volunteers who give of their time every day.  Our campuses are always in need of volunteers to assist with various activities and events.

Volunteers are individuals who are volunteering their time (without compensation) to assists the school district and/or campus in the planning, preparation and/or implementation of a district or campus program. Volunteers are actively serving and assisting the district/campus in this process. Examples of volunteers include individuals who do not have a child or grandchild on campus, PTO parents, home room parents, parents who run copies for teachers, parents working in concession stands, parents helping with field day or parents attending field trips with their child. Approved volunteers should check-in at the front desk of their designated campus.

If you meet the definition of a "volunteer," please click here to complete the district's volunteer online application and background check. After your application has been processed, please contact your child's school or PTO for volunteer opportunities.

Visitors are parents, grandparents or guardians of a child who is enrolled in the District and simply wish to visit their child's campus for such activities as eating lunch with their child; attending parent/teacher conferences, watching field day or attending their child's class party or event. Vistors are not involved in the planning, preparation and/or implementation of a campus or classroom event. Visitors are simply attending the event or program to support their child. Visitors are NOT required to complete the Magnolia ISD Volunteer job posting. Vistors should check-in at the front desk of their child's campus.

Thank you for giving of your time to help make Magnolia ISD the best district in the state!
