Summer Camp Registration

The online registration can be found at Early Registration ends May 4th. In order to receive the discounted rate, the registration form must be completed and the registration fee must be paid by May 4th. A receipt will be provided by My School Bucks once payment has been submitted. If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please contact Faith Brown at (281)252-2040 or Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted. In the event of any price discrepancies, a receipt must be provided to show proof that the registration was completed by the deadline.

A non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of $35 will be charged per child upon enrollment into the Summer Camp program. This fee will be $20 for students enrolled in the Free or Reduced Lunch program during the 2017-2018 school year.

Summer Camp Payment
Upon registration, you will choose the week(s) that your child(ren) will participate in the program. You will be invoiced based on your selection. Any changes to the initial list must be submitted to
Payment can be made by one of the methods listed below:
  • Payment Online with Credit/Debit Card or e-check
  • In Person with Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards at the Celeste Graves Educational Service Center:              31141 Nichols Sawmill Road (Summer office hours on Friday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.).
  • CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Summer Camp staff will NOT accept payments on site. Payments should not be mailed in.
Weekly camp fees are due by the Wednesday prior to the start of each camp session. Your child will not be added to the roster if the weekly camp fee is not paid by midnight on Wednesday. Any participant added to the roster after Wednesday will be charged a processing fee of $10 in addition to the weekly rate. Early registration discounts will be applied to the tuition amounts as they are invoiced.
A "full week" of summer camp is defined as three days or more. If care is needed for one or two days a week, even on a routine basis, the Daily Drop-In option should be used to register and pay. 
**Please note that there will be no discount or transfers for days not attended during any given week.**
