145 Teachers earn Teacher Incentive Allotment

Magnolia ISD’s Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application was granted full system approval by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), bringing approximately $1.2 million from the state to our teachers. In the first year of approval, MISD honored 145 teachers on February 13 at a district reception where they were presented with their designation and estimated financial allotment.
