Student Meals Starting August 12

During this time, curbside meals will be available Monday - Friday at all elementary, intermediate and high school campuses. Breakfast and lunch can be picked up between 9 a.m. - noon. Parents will pay for the meals based on their child’s status and will need to have their student ID number.

Free students - no cost

Reduced students - $.30 breakfast; $.40 lunch

Elementary paid lunch $2.45

Secondary paid lunch $2.70

Students are scheduled to return to campus on Tuesday, September 8th. At this time, MISD will have two options -- virtual school and in-person on campus instruction. We will continue to offer the curbside meal program but will stop the delivery to the targeted neighborhoods.

Families paying the reduced and regular lunch prices will need pay at curbside through My School Bucks program as cash will not be accepted. You can download the MySchoolBucks app in both the Google Play and Apple App Store or visit www.myschoolbucks.com for more information.

Applications for free and reduced lunch will be available online beginning August 1 and can be found at www.heartlandapps.com. You may also visit the Child Nutrition Office at 110 South Magnolia Blvd. Suite 300 or your child’s campus to complete an application.
