School Board Election

Magnolia ISD will hold a trustee election on May 4. School Board positions are at-large positions, which means that each trustee represents the entire school district. Thus, all Magnolia ISD registered voters may vote once for each trustee position on the ballot.

Magnolia High Names Craig Martin as New Head Coach

Magnolia, Texas (March 7, 2019) – Craig Martin has been named the new head football coach for Magnolia High. Martin has been the associate head coach and offensive coordinator at Temple High School for the past two years and brings over 17 years of experience in high school athletics.

JROTC Cadet Earns Her Gold Badge

Magnolia, Texas (February 19, 2019) - Magnolia senior Jasmine Wilkerson is the Battalion Commander of the Magnolia Navy JROTC, and her second hat is the captain of the 3 position Air Rifle Team. Jasmine has been shooting for Magnolia for 3 years. She has excelled faster and farther than any Magnolia JROTC cadet before her, finishing her career earning the Civilian Marksmanship’s Excellence in Competition (EIC) Gold Badge.

Magnolia West ACADEC Places Second Overall

Magnolia, Texas (February 19, 2019) - Magnolia West High School Academic Decathlon Team went to Regional Competition earlier this month and placed 2nd in the competition. They also placed 2nd in Superquiz Bowl and took home 33 individual awards. "This team worked very hard, practicing many hours even during the holidays, to prepare for competition. I am so honored to coach them and very proud of their accomplishments." said their coach, Catherine Page.
