Rates and Payment Information
 
Registration Fee: A registration fee of $35 will be charged per child upon enrollment into the After School Adventures Program, once per school year. The Registration Fee is $25 for students enrolled in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. The online registration form must be completed for each student regardless of the applicable registration fee.

* A “full week” of After School is defined as three regular school days or more. If care is needed for one or two days a week, even on a routine basis, the Daily Drop-in option must be used to register and pay. The daily drop-in option must be used to register and pay. The Daily Drop-in rate for the After School Adventures program is $25 per day.
 
Payment Options

 

It is the expectation that parents will make prompt payments by utilizing one of the methods listed below:

 

  • Auto-Draft/Recurring Billing Cycles: Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly  **highly recommended in order to reserve your child's spot due to any payment issues
  • Payment Online with Credit/Debit Card or e-check (must be pre-approved by Program Secretary)
  • In Person with Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards (must be approved by Program Secretary)
  • Cash will not be accepted at any of our After School Adventures program locations. If you would like to pay with cash, please come by our main office to make your payment.
 
Professional Development Days and Holidays
The Adventures Program will be provided on certain professional development days and holidays throughout the school year. All campuses may not be open during these days but timely notice will be provided for parents to make arrangements and will include campus location information. Advanced registration is required for these days. Discounts may be provided to students currently enrolled in the After School Program. Daily Drop-In
We recognize that After School programming may be needed for occasional purposes and have provided a Daily Drop-in option to our parents and guardians at a rate of $25 per day. This amount is payable in advance of the needed day of service. The online registration form must be completed and parents will be responsible for notifying their specific school of any After School changes.
