Complaints

Usually, complaints or concerns can be addressed informally by meeting with the appropriate campus or district administrator.

For those complaints and concerns that cannot be resolved informally, the board has adopted a staff grievance policy at GF(LOCAL). This policy describing the grievance process in detail is available in the district’s online policy manual at www.magnoliaisd.org. The district’s staff grievance forms can be accessed below by clicking the "Forms" icon. Grievance forms can also be accessed at the principal’s or superintendent’s office.

Grievance forms must be completed and submitted to the district or campus principal in accordance with board policy GF(LOCAL) and within the timelines established in board policy GF(LOCAL).

Grievance forms must be submitted either:

  • to the campus principal via hand delivery or attached to an email to the campus principal
  • to the district office via mail or hand delivery - 31141 Nichols Sawmill Rd, Magnolia, TX 77355
  • to the district office via email by clicking the "File Grievance Electronically" icon below or emailing the address listed below. The grievance form must be attached to the email.
