The School Board has approved an adjustment to the 2025–2026 compensation plan for Bus Drivers and Child Nutrition Food Service Technicians—two critical staffing areas that play an essential role in serving our students and schools.

Thanks to student enrollment exceeding projections, the district is able to provide a $4 per hour pay increase for these positions.

New Pay Rates (Effective 2025–2026):

Bus Drivers: $23.25 per hour (starting pay)

Child Nutrition Food Service Technicians: $15.60 per hour
