Magnolia ISD has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Tri-County Health Alliance to support vital health and safety initiatives across the district. The funding will be used to purchase adult and pediatric resuscitators, red rolling carts to store emergency medical equipment, CPR training manikins, and vision screeners.

This generous grant will significantly enhance the district’s ability to respond to medical emergencies and support proactive health screenings for students.

“This grant allows us to equip our nurses with vital emergency response tools and provide more robust training opportunities,” said Brad Raphelt, Director of Safety & Security for Magnolia ISD. “Thanks to the Tri-County Health Alliance, we can enhance both our daily healthcare services and our emergency readiness across every campus in the district.”

The Tri-County Health Alliance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes for residents in the Tomball, Magnolia, and Waller areas. Through partnerships and targeted grants, the Alliance strengthens the capabilities of local healthcare and educational institutions to serve their communities more effectively.

The new equipment will be distributed across Magnolia ISD campuses, ensuring each school is better prepared for emergency medical situations and has the resources needed for ongoing student health services.
